Department also maintains an index of divorces from 1952 to present, (copies of divorce records available from probate court in that jurisdiction). Obtain copies of records; in-person, online, on phone of by fax or regular mail. NOTE: Records for events that occurred from 1841-1910 are available at the State Archives (617) 727-2816.
